Payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of invoice.
Title of goods does not pass until the invoice amount is paid in full.

Warranty
We provide a warranty of at least twelve months on all our work and the parts we supply. (Manufacturers may provide a longer warranty term for some items.)
Data Protection
It is the Client's responsibility to backup their data!
Hard disk troubleshooting and system servicing sometimes requires
a repartition and reformat, and all hard drives will eventually fail,
rendering the files on them inaccessible.
We know that the data is normally the most valuable component
in a computer system, so while things are still working well,
please consider making 3 copies (including 1 that is stored off-site)
of that irreplaceable thesis/résumé/poem/financial data, etc.
We are happy to help you design a suitable backup and disaster-recovery strategy.
Privacy Policy
Your Privacy is important to us. We will never give, trade or sell any
of your details to anyone, for any reason, unless compelled to by law.
Your information will be kept encrypted on secure systems.
We will not send you unsolicited email.
